Job Description

Come serve with the biggest little airline in the world...........

At Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF), we believe flying isn’t a luxury—it’s a lifeline. As a Christian organisation, we use aviation and technology to bring help, hope, and healing to derdeveloping and isolated communities across the globe. Since our founding in 1945, we have been committed to serving the most remote and hard-to-reach places, operating 116 aircraft in 31 countries. With a rich history of transforming lives, MAF provides vital transportation services for medical personnel, development workers, and aid organisations. We also deliver Bibles, church resources, and essential supplies to communities with limited access to Christian teaching and worship services.

Why Serve with MAF?

We operate in Papua New Guinea (PNG)—one of the most culturally diverse and geographically challenging nations in the world. With only 18% of the population living in urban areas, the majority rely on MAF’s aviation services to access healthcare, education, and community support. Our PNG programme is one of our largest operations, playing a critical role in supporting missions, medical evacuations, and essential supply transport to remote villages.

Mission Aviation Fellowship

About Mission Aviation Fellowship

Mission Aviation Fellowship was founded in 1945 by a group of WWII pilots who had a vision for how aviation could be used to help spread the Gospel.

Since those early days, we have been an indispensable partner and servant to some 500 Christian organizations, humanitarian agencies, and more. We enable and maximize evangelism and church nurturing, medical assistance, disaster response, and community development, as well as the training and development of indigenous people.

Using aviation, we desire to see isolated people changed by the love of Christ by serving together to bring help, hope, and healing. We meet the physical and spiritual needs of isolated people in 42 countries throughout Asia, Africa, Eurasia and Latin America, operating a fleet of 47 light aircraft. Dedicated missionary families raise their own ministry support to serve as the hands and feet of Christ to those in need.
