Leidos is seeking a Mission Partner Liaison to support Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) in Aiea, Hawaii as part of the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) contract. This position serves as a senior liaison between the Leidos program team and SOCPAC stakeholders, helping translate operational requirements into effective logistics and sustainment solutions in support of the joint Indo-Pacific mission.

This senior-level position serves as the primary liaison between the Leidos ILS2 Program Manager and Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), fostering strategic partnerships that enable mission success across the Indo-Pacific region. The Mission Partner Liaison (MPL) works directly with SOCPAC leadership and key staff directorates to identify operational requirements, coordinate logistics and sustainment solutions, and align mission needs with ILS2 capabilities. The MPL serves as a trusted advisor and integrator, connecting government stakeholders with Leidos technical and operational teams to support planning, exercises, technology integration, and contingency operations. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, operational planning expertise, and the ability to operate effectively with senior military leaders in a dynamic joint special operations environment.

Primary Responsibilities.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Leidos ILS2 Program Manager and SOCPAC leadership and directorates.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with SOCPAC stakeholders, including organizations responsible for requirements, logistics and sustainment support, planning, exercises, and experimentation.

  • Act as a logistics subject matter expert to help plan, coordinate, and execute sustainment activities in close collaboration with government personnel.

  • Maintain situational awareness of on-going joint logistics and sustainment operations in collaboration with Leidos MPLs to ensure a cohesive approach to concept and solution development.

  • Support coordination of SOCPAC-supported efforts from initial requirement development through solution execution.

  • Identify emerging requirements and communicate them to the program manager in a timely manner.

  • Help deconflict and prioritize requests against contract scope and mission needs.

  • Contribute to SOP development, documentation, reporting, and briefing materials in direct coordination with SOCPAC’s subject matter experts, as needed.

  • Provide real-time support for on-going operations, monitoring performance and ensuring timely issue resolution, while simultaneously conducting strategic planning for future needs and anticipating evolving threats and technological advancements.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SOF logistics and sustainment requirements and support solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 10+ years of experience, in a SOF, joint, or multi-service environment. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Strong background in senior staff and/or command-level roles.

  • Deep understanding of SOF operations, logistics and sustainment support, and the USPACOM area of operations in expeditionary settings.

  • At least 5 years of experience managing large technical programs involving development, logistics, manufacturing, and sustainment of complex systems.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting large federal or DoW programs with multiple concurrent task or delivery orders.

  • Exceptional executive-level communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a logistics planer.

  • Background in supply chain management, business administration, operations, or national security.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
