Ensure timely communication and effective dissemination of trade schemes to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely validation of all schemes in SDMS as per the defined timeline.
Ensure timely approval and processing of all eligible schemes in SDMS.
Ensure monthly discount provision booking and reconciliation with the relevant accounts.
Ensure posting of all eligible discounts and timely reversal of provisions wherever applicable.
Reconcile actual discount payouts with manual calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Compare region-wise Scheme Visibility with actual discount payout and highlight significant variances.
Prepare monthly discount MIS and reconcile the same with the relevant GL balances.
Track all pending provisions year-wise and reconcile them with the respective liability GL accounts.
Validating with ASO Reading, MI, Agency & Finance Reading.
Validate schemes in SDMS and ensure timely PD disbursement.
Communicate PD disbursement details to the concerned local teams.
Handle quarterly and annual statutory and internal audits by providing all relevant data and supporting documents within the required timeline.
Respond to auditor queries and observations with appropriate supporting documents and explanations.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and ATRs within the agreed timelines.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of all relevant data, including discounts, Comm., logistics costs and other NCR inputs, in the designated upload portal.
Prepare and circulate the daily NCR report and ensure that all information is correctly reflected in the Power BI portal.
Prepare and circulate various analytical and management reports to support effective business decision-making.
Responsible for the preparation, analysis and review of various MIS reports, including Sales MIS, Discount MIS, Financial MIS, Contribution and EBITDA analysis, and other MIS reports required by management.
Reconcile all NCR-related GL accounts, including Revenue, Discounts, Logistics Cost, Packing, Subsidy and other relevant accounts, to ensure accuracy and completeness of NCR reporting.
Prepare and circulate the final reconciled NCR report to all relevant stakeholders.
