The MIS Specialist role supports data-led insights, operational intelligence, and performance tracking across the Physical Channels business unit (POS, Agency Banking, and Pay With Bank Transfer - PWBT, etc). This entry-level position focuses on contributing to Management Information Systems (MIS), transaction analytics, terminal performance tracking, and merchant activity monitoring. Working alongside senior team members, the position assists as part of the analytical engine of the unit—helping synthesize raw field data into actionable reports, tracking merchant churn and reactivation metrics, supporting terminal yield optimization, and learning to ensure seamless cross-functional data alignment between Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
This role offers a strong foundation for an early-career professional. In a fast-moving, high-volume payments environment, you will work closely with experienced analysts to help maintain and refine the reporting and forecasting infrastructure that lets the business see itself clearly and act quickly. We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute to core reporting processes, and build data governance skills in a collaborative team setting.
