Job Description

MIS Specialist (1-year Contract) 

• Manage and generate KPIs’ report updates for key distribution channels incl. agency and partnership
• Provide regular campaign management, sales challenge and revival program support
• Ability to work independently; generate and update insightful and accurate business reports (mainly distribution channel) for Local and Regional office
• Reports on distribution channels could cover aspects such as agency performance, sales campaigns, awards, rank maintenance, conference
• Coordinate with IT teams & relevant stakeholders for project discussion; prepare user requirements and conduct UAT testing for all reports to ensure accuracy
• Prepare user requirements on various reports updates, including but not limited to financial and non-financial KPI metrics
• Support ad hoc projects

• University graduate, preferably in business administration, actuarial, statistics
• 3-8 years’ experience in life insurance or financial services industry, preferably in the field of strategic planning, CRM, distribution channel management; candidates with lesser experience would be considered for Asst. Manager/ Officer position
• Excellent analytical capability, ability to generate insightful fact-based report and articulate them effectively
• Strong project management skill
• BI tools, Access, SAS, Power BI etc.
• Prior experience in automating reports would be an added advantage
• Both English and Chinese Good software skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
