We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Senior Analyst to support business operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards, analyzing operational performance, and providing management with data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and business performance indicators
• Prepare management reports and presentations highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Generate ad-hoc reports requested by leadership and stakeholders
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process enhancements
• Validate data sources and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in MIS reporting, analytics, operations reporting, or data management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and formulas; VBA/Macros preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and database querying is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately with large datasets in a fast-paced environment
