Job Description

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining data, generating reports, and ensuring seamless data flow across departments. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Management:
    • Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Manage databases and ensure data integrity across systems.
  2. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by different departments.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
  3. Dashboard Management:
    • Create and manage dashboards for real-time data visualization.
    • Ensure dashboards are updated regularly with accurate data.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process optimization and suggest automation opportunities in data handling and reporting.
    • Work closely with teams to streamline MIS processes and enhance efficiency.
  5. Support Functions:
    • Assist in preparing presentations, financial models, or other documentation as needed.
    • Provide support in troubleshooting data discrepancies or system issues.
  6. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and privacy.
    • Maintain proper documentation of reports, procedures, and data sources.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
