•
Track sales, orders, revenue, collections, leads, dealers, distributors, inventory,
dispatch and other business KPIs.
•
Consolidate data from different departments and locations.
•
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting calendars.
•
Ensure reports reach management before the agreed cut-off time.
•
Highlight major deviations, gaps and exceptions to management.
B. Data Management & Accuracy
•
Collect data from Sales, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations,
HR and other departments.
•
Validate data before publishing any report.
•
Identify duplicate, missing, inconsistent or incorrect data.
•
Maintain master databases and ensure proper version control.
•
Establish data accuracy checks and reconciliation mechanisms.
•
Maintain confidentiality of business information.
C. Dashboard & Management Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards for:

D. Business Analysis
•
Compare
Actual vs Target
on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•
Analyze MTD, QTD and YTD performance.
•
Identify top-performing and underperforming regions, teams, products and channels.
•
Prepare variance and trend analysis.
•
Identify business risks and performance gaps.
•
Provide data-backed insights to management.
•
Convert raw data into meaningful management information.
E. Automation & Process Improvement
•
Automate repetitive MIS reports wherever possible.
•
Reduce dependency on manual Excel reporting.
•
Develop standardized reporting formats.
•
Improve data collection and reporting processes.
•
Create automated dashboards using Excel / Power BI / CRM or other business tools.
•
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce reporting time and errors.
F. CRM / ERP Data Monitoring
•
Monitor data quality in
Zoho CRM / ERP / other business systems
.
•
Track required fields, data completeness and user compliance.
•
Identify incorrect or incomplete transactions.
•
Coordinate with departments to correct system data.
•
Prepare system-based reports for management.
•
Support implementation of new MIS and reporting systems.
G. Monthly Business Review Support
Support management in preparing:
