Job Description

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Power Query.
  • Expertise in DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of integrating data from various sources.

Contact Center Background (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with contact center metrics (e.g., AHT, SLA, CSAT, FCR).
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing data from contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or NICE).
  • Understanding workforce management and scheduling data.
  • Ability to create real-time dashboards for call center KPIs.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business intelligence and analytics.
  • Handling end-to-end Power BI projects.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Performance Optimization

  • Designing efficient dashboards and handling large datasets.
  • Real-time data integration and optimization.

Business Acumen

  • Understanding industry-specific challenges and requirements.
  • Creativity in presenting data insights intuitively.
