We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Executive to join Babyshop Operations team. This role is the backbone of operational reporting - owning the flow of data between stores, merchandising, and senior management. You will help translate raw numbers into actionable insights that improve store performance, optimize stock flow, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Data Collection & Validation: Gather daily/weekly/monthly data for stores and e-commerce ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Report Development: Build and maintain MIS dashboards (Excel, Power BI, ER tool) to track retail KPIs
● Operational Insights: Provide quick analysis on store performance to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
● Trend Analysis: Identify shifts in customer buying patterns across kidswear segments
Required Skills & Competencies
● Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and Power BI is optional
● Working knowledge ER - data extraction tools.
● Understanding of retail KPIs and operations, especially in fashion retail.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
● Attention to detail and high sense of ownership.
● Strong communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders.
