About the Role

We are looking for an MIS & Data Analyst to join our growing fintech team specializing in international remittances and cross-border payments. The MIS & Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and delivering structured reports across multiple timelines while performing data analysis to support business decisions, improve performance, and ensure data-driven operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports
•⁠  ⁠Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports
•⁠  ⁠Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports
•⁠  ⁠Monitor key KPIs and highlight variances and improvement opportunities
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with different teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data
•⁠  ⁠Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decisions
•⁠  ⁠Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements
•⁠  ⁠Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortRa
•⁠  ⁠Maintain documentation of data sources, reporting processes, and methodologies
•⁠  ⁠Support performance tracking across corridors, operations, and customer segments
•⁠  ⁠Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management reviews

Qualifications & Skills

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
•⁠  ⁠1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (fintech, remittance, or banking preferred)
•⁠  ⁠Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ms Office (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards)
•⁠  ⁠Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools
•⁠  ⁠Basic knowledge of SQL / databases is a plus
•⁠  ⁠Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
•⁠  ⁠Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines
•⁠  ⁠Good communication and coordination skills
