MIS & Business Analytics Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful business insights through effective reporting, dashboard development, and analysis. This role will support strategic and operational decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, availability, and visualization of key business metrics across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain management dashboards and MIS reports.
Perform business and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare monthly forecasts, profit and loss (P&L) analyses, and variance analyses.
Analyse sales, margins, inventory, debtors, working capital, and profitability.
Develop automated reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance reporting processes.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytic, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analytic.
Proficiency in Power BI, with hands-on experience in dashboard development and report automation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, macros, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
