What you’ll bring

You are a confident and capable project manager with strong technical knowledge and a practical, solutions‑focused approach. You are comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, operating in live environments, and balancing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and communication.

You will also need:

  • Qualifications in Building, Project Management or a related building trade discipline

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW building industry, legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in project management across multi‑disciplinary construction projects

  • Demonstrated experience managing consultants and contractors

  • Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience with Archibus or similar systems (desirable)
