SALES & MARKETING SCHOLAR

BMW MEXICO - MINI

As sales & marketing Scholar you will be responsible for the monthly management of closing reports, payment controls, and debit adjustments with distributors. This role also involves detailed analysis of competitive reports and close collaboration with the Marketing department to provide support and follow-up on reimbursements through each distributor’s Marketing Fund.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

  • Prepare and manage monthly closing reports related to distributor transactions.
  • Control and monitor payments and debit adjustments with distributors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Analyze competitive reports, specifically those from Urban Science, to identify market trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support and track reimbursement processes through the MKT Fund for each distributor.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination between finance, marketing, and distributor teams.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues in payments or reports and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and reports related to distributors.
  • Provide regular updates and summaries to management regarding payment statuses, competitive analysis, and reimbursement progress.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

  • Be an active University student from 5th onwards.
  • Good grades.
  • Availability from August 2026 to July 2027, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs, from Monday to Friday.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
