Job Overview: The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing minibar stock in guest rooms, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing a high standard of service. Job Responsibilities:
Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Monitor and maintain minibar inventory levels.
Record consumed items accurately and report charges to the relevant department.
Ensure minibar products are properly displayed and within expiry dates.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of minibar areas and equipment.
Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or maintenance issues.
Qualification & Experience:
Intermediate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mini Bar Attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
Experience in inventory management and stock control is preferred.
