Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and restock mini bars in guest rooms on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of mini bar areas.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Keep accurate records of mini bar activity and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for inventory management.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and mini bar operations is a plus.
