The MILO Range Installer Technician is responsible for leading and performing both semi-skilled and skilled installation work on our Theater, Live-fire, and Shoothouse series simulators. This role combines mechanical assembly, electronics, computer systems, and networking knowledge to install complex training products. The technician will also support production efforts for our current product line.

Responsibilities:

· Learn and operate multiple simulator systems across various OS platforms.

· Perform installations independently at customer sites, both domestic and international.

· Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining a positive attitude.

· Adapt quickly to changing environments and customer needs.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot PC failures on-site and in depot.

· Perform quality assurance checks on vendor parts.

· Support mechanical assembly, electronics, and computer system installations.

· Apply basic TCP/IP networking knowledge as required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

· Full-time position

· Must have a minimum Associate’s degree an 2-5 years of experience in field

· Must have significant computer experience

· Must be willing to travel 50-75%

· Must be willing to travel internationally; must qualify for US Passport

· Must be able to gain access on military installations

· Military background, a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

· Military experience is a plus.

· Experience with simulator systems or similar complex electronic equipment.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.

· Comfortable using basic hand tools.
