
The Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) OR Industrial Electrician are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on various types of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronics, and robotics systems. Both roles require effective collaboration with the maintenance team and operations, as well as experience with lockout procedures and working at heights. The ideal candidates must be self-motivated team players, able to work independently, and flexible with shifts and overtime. These positions offer significant opportunities for future growth and advancement.

Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements such as noise, dirt, dust, fumes, and darkness. Seasonal exposure to weather elements include, but are not limited to, extreme temperatures, hot and cold, wetness and humidity.
Follow safety regulations, company policies, and guidelines
Successful candidate should have the ability to safely and effectively repair failed production line equipment quickly under pressure
Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks such as working around mechanical equipment, forklifts, chemical hazards, and electrical hazards.
Position requires the ability to be on your feet for a long extended part of your day, moving equipment up to 50 pounds; reaching and kneeling on a daily basis
Requires the ability to see, hear and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette.
Personal protective equipment, as defined by C.H. Guenther and Son, will be provided
