Millwright Apprentice Level 2

At Triple M Metal, we are committed to building strong teams, investing in our people, and creating opportunities for growth. We are currently seeking a motivated Millwright Apprentice to join our Maintenance team.
The Millwright Apprentice will work alongside licensed Millwrights to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to continue building their trade experience and grow within a dynamic organization.

What’s Expected
• Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and testing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Support maintenance activities involving hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, cooling, fuel, and exhaust systems
• Assist with servicing pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, presses, generators, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• Accurately complete work orders, service checklists, and maintenance reports
• Report equipment malfunctions and defects to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Return unused parts and company tools to designated areas
• Follow all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Support company Quality and Environmental objectives
• Other duties as assigned by management
You have:
• Registered Millwright Apprentice (433A) or actively pursuing apprenticeship registration
• Minimum 2–3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
• Previous industrial or mechanical maintenance experience considered an asset
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
• Valid G Driver’s License considered an asset
Shift: Monday- Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM, overtime as required.
Wage: $26.70 per hour.
