At Flint Hills Resources Corpus Christi, you'll put your millwright skills to work maintaining and rebuilding the refinery's most critical rotating equipment. From pumps and steam turbines to compressors and gearboxes, you'll diagnose mechanical issues, perform precision repairs, and help keep equipment operating at its best. This role offers the opportunity to tackle complex mechanical challenges while growing your capabilities through hands-on experience, formal progression training, and continuous learning opportunities.
Our Maintenance Shop supports some of the refinery's most critical equipment, including gearboxes, pumps, valves, and turbines. We are a team of skilled tradespeople committed to safely maintaining and improving equipment reliability while continuously developing our technical capabilities.

Physical Demands or Unusual Working Conditions:
This role is subject to the Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing (TWIC) rule and requires the successful candidate to obtain a TWIC identification badge, allowing for un-escorted access to the facility within a specific time period.
