Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Millwright role in Woodland, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
· Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
· Diagnose and repair issues involving motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and production systems.
· Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
· Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including motors and control components.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
· Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
· Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
· 3+ years of experience as a millwright or in industrial maintenance.
· Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, welding, and preventative maintenance practices.
· Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
· Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems preferred.
· Welding and fabrication experience required.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule:
· Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
· Overtime as needed
