The Star Custom Millwork team is seeking a Millwork Laborer to join our team.

If you enjoy hands on work in a team environment contributing to the overall success of our operations, then this is for you. The ideal candidate will be ready to jump into the daily millwork processes, eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic and commitment to our millwork shop being successful. Our millwork crew is critical function in the business.

The Millwork Laborer is Responsible for.

· Follow instructions/guides to complete daily trim stock and custom orders

· Assist in machinery set up and troubleshooting

· Stage lumber for production

· Maintain cleanliness of facility

· Follow all safety procedures and personal protection requirements

Requirements

· Mechanical skills or experience working with machinery

· 18 Years or older

· Reliable transportation

· Demonstrated ability to use a tape measure

· Can lift 50lbs repetitively/100 lbs. in a team lift

· Follow all PPE requirements

· Overtime as needed

Preferred Experience

· Knowledge of woodworking, lumber, building materials
