Requirements:
10+ years proven experience in OCTG 3rd Party Surveillance within mill/manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of OCTG manufacturing processes, heat treatment, threading, hydrostatic testing, and QA protocols.
Ability to monitor welding quality and validate NDT results according to API/ISO standards.
Skilled in representing the client during critical manufacturing and inspection stages.
Mandatory Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 (valid) & ASNT Level II in UT, EMI, MP, and LP
