STEWARD
We are seeking a Steward who takes pride inmaintaininga clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances the overall guest experience.
As a Steward, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety ensures our kitchens and restaurantsoperateat the highest standards across all outlets.
Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus, paid after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period and probationary review—start strongand berewarded for your success! Please note: Internal applicants within the Four Seasons Resort are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Clean and sanitizechina, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and suppliesin accordance withsafety guidelines
Assistthe culinary team bymaintaininga steady flow of clean equipment to support service
WHAT TO BRING
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization
Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets
