Mill Supervisor/Controller

Job Summary

The Sugar Mill Controller will oversee and regulate sugar milling operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining smooth plant operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Operating and maintaining equipment: responsible for running the cane mill, shredder, and other equipment efficiently.

• Monitoring performance: keeping an eye on equipment performance, identifying issues, and taking corrective action.
• Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving problems.
• Maintenance and repairs: performing routing maintenance, repairs, and overhauls to minimize downtime.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards in all operations.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of OND.
• Any relevant Certification.
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience.
