Mission and key priorities of the role

You will join the Supply Chain team to support all the stages of planning: fromsupporting ordermanagementtothe deliveryto the final customer, passing throughproduction planning.

You will be playing a pivotal role inensuringright service to our customersand, at the same time,production facilities efficiency;coordinating key activities and processeswhich involveand connectdifferent functions,such as mill planning, customer service,salesand marketing.

You willgrantsupport in executing planningimprovementprojects, partneringwithsales-marketing-customer service– logisticteams across Europe, gradually taking direct lead ofspecificprojects sub streamsor activities.

You will reporttotheFSP Production Planning manager

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage customer ordersbyconfirmingdelivery times

• Generate balanced production plansto meetservice, productionefficiencyandfinishedproductsstock covertargets,whilecomplyingtodefinedplanning rulesand standards

• Coordinateand manage key stakeholders, such as sales,marketing,R&D,to(but not limited to):address urgencies,supportnew productlaunches,update production planto mitigate/fixshort termproduct availabilityissues,etc

• Managethe keyrelations withmillproductionschedulingdepartments, grantingefficiency andreactiveness

• Support S&OP leadand Planningprocess&toolManagersin executing planning improvements projects,such as:review ofEuropean subsidiaries stock policies, upgrade MRP functionalities, manage slow movers/redundant stock, adopt new planning strategies,etc.;coordinating activities withother functions and stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, logistic, customer service

• Adopta continuous improvement approachand mindset, aimed atidentifyingwastes and inefficiencies andfixthem at roots

Who are we looking for:

• Someonepassionateand interested in working in Supply Chain, with an analytical mindset and crazily precise when it comes toprocessplanningdata and information

• Previousroles in Planning/Logistics, ideally withexperiencewith structured planning platforms/systems

• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, MRPprinciples

• Someone who strivesfor generatingimprovements in what she/he manages/handles, addressing the roots of problems and wastes

• Fluency in Italian and English.
