
The Supplier will provide technical services to support the expansion of locations requiring fielding and sustainment assistance. Supplier staff will include trainers with expertise in Air Defense Artillery (ADA) and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) qualified as hardware and software technicians. Specialized training will be provided to prepare Supplier staff for the required training and sustainment activities.
The program supports the sustainment and operational readiness of units equipped with advanced battle command systems worldwide. The effort includes fielding the system to designated locations, providing operator training, and embedding Field Service Engineers (FSEs) at Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware (HW) and software (SW).

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 – $84,000 per year. Compensation will be discussed in greater detail with candidates who advance in the interview process, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
Compensation Disclaimer:The salary range provided for this position represents a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined at the Company’s discretion based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and contract requirements. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
This position is 100% on-site and requires extensive travel (sometimes greater than 75%) to support operations across multiple locations, including within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), including areas of responsibility such as AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and EUCOM.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel frequently and on short notice, including international travel, as required by mission needs. This role is not eligible for remote or telework arrangements.
Work Schedule:Work schedules may vary based on operational requirements, travel, and mission demands. Flexibility is required, including the ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
