The mission of the Department of Military is to provide a professional staff of Arkansas State Employees who help maintain and improve the readiness of Arkansas National Guard units through effective fiscal management of State Resources, Human Resource Management, and quality administration of Arkansas National Guard Programs.

Salary Range: $69,395 – $102,705
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, project management, or related fields, with significant experience in military, defense, or government program environments.
Proven leadership experience in managing complex and large-scale initiatives, along with experience interfacing directly with military personnel, governmental agencies, or defense contractors. Familiarity with the military acquisition life cycle and regulatory frameworks (such as the Department of Defense regulations or Federal Acquisition Regulations).
