About your team:

At Centrica Business Solutions, we’re proud to partner with over 7,000 organisations globally – helping them to balance planet, with profit. We build, operate and maintain onsite, large-scale energy assets like Solar PV and Combined Heat and Power – to help businesses to save the planet and save money. We’re also transforming the UK’s energy landscape by partnering with landowners and developers to build a 900MW portfolio of new grid-scale solar farms and battery storage assets.

Location:Hybrid with occasional office travel for collaboration and team meetings. For example:  Windsor, London, Leicester, Stockport.

Whatyou’lldo

No two days will be thesamein our Transformation TeamYou’llwork at pace, learn fast and contribute to meaningful transformation work across Centrica.

During your placement, you will:

• Work within our Transformation Team on strategic change initiatives

• Helpidentify,planand deliver change across business units

• Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate change activities

• Support teams to adopt new processes,systemsand behaviours

• Translate complex information into clear, accessible communication

• Contribute to continuous improvement across the change community

• Build strong networks across the business

• Live our values: Courage, Care, Delivery, Agility and Collaboration

Whatwe’relooking for:we’relooking for potential, not perfection. Youdon’tneed to meet every requirement to apply:

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience delivering end-to-end change or complex projects

• Skills in service design, processimprovementor project management

• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing,communicationand storytelling skills.

• Confident with digital tools and problem solving

• Experience with analysis (process,gapor requirements)

• Ability to develop others and take ownership when changeisn’tlanding

• Strong leadership, with desirable familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR, Scrum or Waterfall

You’llalso have a dedicated business mentor, opportunities to meet senior leaders, and plenty of support to settle into your role.

Who the programme is for:

This placement is open to:

• Military Service Leavers(leaving the Forces or within the 2year CTP window at application)

• Elite Athletes(international competition experience and/or professional UK sports experience within the last two years)
