Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a compassionate and driven Lead Milieu Counselor to join our Residential Services Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure smooth operations across residential units by supporting compliance, collaborating with treatment teams, onboarding staff, and solving challenges as they arise. You’ll work alongside a passionate, diverse team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for clients, assisting with daily living needs, medication administration, emotional regulation, and psychosocial support—all while fostering engagement in treatment. Salary for this role. Starting wage is based on experience and company equity. Paid bi-weekly.
Schedule. This position is fully Onsite/In-person. Available schedule is Saturday - Tuesday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
Shift Differential Pay. The Day weekend shift differential is paid from 7 am to 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays only; and the Swing shift differential is paid from 3 pm to 11 pm
Bilingual Language Differential Pay. *rate depends on language requirements for the position and the candidate's fluency.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.
At AMHR the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
