Valiant is looking for a MILES General Clerk II to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configuring case quantity sheets for technicians to build MILES transit cases for issue to incoming Rotational Training Units (RTU).
• Data input and filing to provide accurate accountability and visibility on all MILES equipment.
• Preparing documentation for the issue and receipt of MILES equipment.
• Clerical tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Documentation of individual training files;
  • Maintenance of employee records;
  • Verification of accuracy of daily employee sign-in sheets; accuracy of work scheduling;
  • Preparation of routine office correspondence and briefing materials.
• Individual performs other duties consistent with this DOL occupational specialty and work requirements as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs of Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations.
• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening, will be subject to random drug screenings.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
