資産分析・方式策定: 顧客が保有するメインフレーム資産（COBOLプログラム、JCL等）の技術要素を棚卸し、オープン環境への変換方針や非互換対応の方式を設計する。
技術検証 (PoC): マイグレーション時に発生する非互換機能（文字コード、ファイル編成、DB仕様の違い等）の対応策を技術的に検証する。
変換ツール開発・改修: 独自ツール等を活用し、資産変換（リホスト）やテストを自動化するためのツール開発・カスタマイズを行う（VBA, Perl等を使用）。
デバッグ・移行実施: 移行後の新環境（Linux/Windows等）での動作検証、デバッグを行い、システムを安全に着地させる。
