Job Description

Class B MIG Welder – 2nd Shift | Strafford, MO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $20–$22/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Join a growing manufacturing team where your MIG welding skills directly impact production quality and output. This role is ideal for experienced welders or fabricators ready to advance beyond entry-level work.

What You’ll Do
• Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components
• Complete tack welding, grinding, and finishing work
• Rotate across Cell 5 welding positions (welding, tacking, stud, and bung welding)
• Read and interpret blueprints and part lists for accurate fabrication
• Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements
• Operate shop tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements
• Meet production goals and attendance expectations

What You Bring
• Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience or trade school training
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Dependability and consistent attendance
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for full shifts
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Use hands, arms, and vision (close, distance, depth perception) to complete tasks
