Aureol Global Connections is currently hiring a dedicated MIG Welder to join our expert team. In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing MIG welding techniques to build, repair, and assemble metal structures and components with precision. Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding equipment to complete tasks according to design specifications and safety guidelines.
• Analyze blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections of welds to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize welding processes.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Keep accurate records of welding activities, materials used, and any adjustments made during fabrication.
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance welding skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification in MIG welding.
• Demonstrated experience working as a MIG Welder in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques and ability to work with various metal types.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding instructions accurately.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding work safely and effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and communication.
• Adaptability to varied work assignments and schedules as needed.
