Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 
  Perform MIG, TIG, and Plasma TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals
• 
  Fit and assemble components accurately per blueprints and engineering specifications
• 
  Maintain high-quality welds with strong structural integrity
• 
  Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• 
  Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• 
  3+ years of professional welding / fitting experience preferred
• 
  Willing to relocate full-time to Manistee, MI
