Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Midweight Designer with a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for generating and developing creative ideas. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of graphic designers, motion designers, artworkers and copywriters to produce high‑quality work across both digital and print.

You’ll support the creation and execution of campaigns, brand assets and a wide range of communications materials, helping to bring ideas to life in a thoughtful and visually compelling way.

What will the role involve?

You’re a creative thinker who enjoys problem‑solving and contributing to ideas from concept through to execution. You’re confident taking a brief and developing well‑crafted design solutions, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

You’re comfortable receiving feedback and are keen to continue developing your skills in a supportive, fast‑paced agency environment. You’ll also have opportunities to share and present your ideas internally, and to support the presentation of creative concepts to clients.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience working within an agency environment (or equivalent in‑house role)

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

  • Experience with Sketch and PowerPoint is a bonus, but not essential

  • Confidence contributing ideas in brainstorms and helping to develop thoughtful, creative concepts

  • Ability to develop, adapt and refine designs across multi‑channel marketing materials

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers and copywriters

  • A high standard of design execution, with excellent attention to detail and a strong typographic eye

  • Good self‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality

Please note: This is a remote/hybrid role; however, candidates must be able to attend our Camden office for an initial onboarding week and occasionally thereafter for team meetings and events.
