The Midstream Facilities Operator focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting, pump, and compression systems in midstream operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with triplex, horizontal and centrifugal, pumps and gas compression knowledge. Responsibilities include daily operations of facilities, diagnosing or troubleshooting facility equipment, entering daily logs on computer, light maintenance, and housekeeping. Responsibilities:

• Perform light maintenance, troubleshoot facility equipment, daily data entry.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of pumps and compression equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
• Provide field support by working with other Midstream and Production personnel to optimize production.

Qualifications:

• Experience with pump and/or in oil and gas operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform general oilfield maintenance.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School diploma or equivalent
