Your work will include:

• Define, prioritize on how to advertise in the most profitable way.
• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results.
• Perform analysis, management and optimization of Meta and other social platform advertising setup.
• Monitor daily campaign KPIs, identify changes and initiate actions needed in order to address them.

We're looking for:

• At least 1-2 years of Facebook advertising experience.
• Knowledge on how to analyze all metrics provided and confidence in making suggestions;
• Analytical thinking to assess campaign results, experience with Google Analytics.
• Ability to multitask, perfect time management and attention to the details.
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
• Aspiration to learn and grow.
