Job Description

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Java Developer to join a long-term telecom project. The role involves designing and developing scalable solutions, working with microservices architecture, and ensuring high-performance backend systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Java development with a strong technical background
  • Expertise in solution design and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing REST APIs and backend systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and related tools
  • Solid understanding of security principles and best practices in software development
  • Experience working on telecom or fintech projects is a plus
  • Fluency in Lithuanian is a must. English language skills at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken) are also required

We offer:

  • Salary is 4500-5500 EUR GROSS/month
