Role Overview:

We are seeking a Flexcube System Analyst to join our clients Core Banking team focused on developing and enhancing the Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) platform. This is a techno-functional role requiring strong knowledge of core banking operations combined with hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE The position involves supporting platform improvements, reducing technical debt, and contributing to migration and transformation initiatives within a complex banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and enhancement of the Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) platform
  • Contribute to platform-level improvements and reduction of technical debt
  • Participate in migration and transformation initiatives within the Core Banking domain
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on banking system initiatives
  • Provide support within production and support environments
  • Analyse and validate data using SQL, technical documentation, and system outputs
  • Support integrations and interfaces involving SOAP/REST services and XML messaging

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of core banking operations, including account lifecycle, interest and fee calculations, accounting entries, and regulatory reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS)
  • Knowledge of FLEXCUBE architecture, including databases, applications, interfaces, accounting roles, and product setup
  • Basic technical understanding of SQL, SOAP/REST, XML, and UNIX/Linux logs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in production and support environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX standards
  • Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications
