Mid‑Level Capture Manager Role

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, has an immediate opening for an experienced Capture Manager to lead the acquisition and pursuit strategy for business opportunities critical to achieving our growth objectives. The Capture Manager will drive captures in the $25M-$100M range across major services contract vehicles, including EXPRESS, EWAAC, SeaPort NxG, OASIS+, and other IDIQ/MAC vehicles. This role will be responsible for customer shaping, opportunity qualification, teaming strategy, solution development, competitive positioning, and overall capture execution. This position would be on-site at our OASYS, INC. Headquarters in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Capture Strategy Development - Develop and execute capture plans, customer engagement strategies, win themes, discriminators, and competitive positioning for strategic opportunities valued between $25M and $100M.
  • Drive Opportunity Qualification and Shaping - Assess opportunities against corporate growth objectives, lead gate reviews, and influence customer requirements through proactive engagement and market intelligence gathering.
  • Manage Customer and Industry Relationships - Establish and maintain relationships with Government stakeholders, prime contractors, and strategic partners to identify opportunities and strengthen OASYS positioning.
  • Lead Teaming Strategy and Negotiations - Identify and evaluate teaming partners, negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements, and build winning teams aligned with customer requirements and competitive strategy.
  • Conduct Competitive Assessments - Develop Price-to-Win inputs, Black Hat reviews, SWOT analyses, and competitor assessments to inform pursuit strategies and increase probability of win.
  • Develop Winning Solutions - Coordinate with technical, operational, and management SMEs to create compliant, compelling, and executable solutions that address customer mission needs.
  • Support Proposal Development and Execution - Lead proposal planning activities, ensure capture-to-proposal transition, support color team reviews, and maintain compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Manage Capture Resources and Executive Communications - Track capture budgets, schedules, action items, and risks while providing regular status updates and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business or Technical Field
  • 4-8 years of capture or BD Experience
  • Proven wins in Army/MDA/PAE Portfolios
  • Strong relationships with customers on Redstone Arsenal

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical Field.

Eligibility: An active Secret Clearance is highly desirable.
