Any of these positions is only for a particular project, not a full time position.

In this case, the social package (sick leaves, days off, vacation, necessary equipment provision, etc) is not covered by Selecto.

UX/UI Designer position

Our client is a mega-developer (backed by the government) building ultra-luxury, eco-conscious tourism destinations on the Middle East coast - massive resorts, marinas, private retreats, and own airline.
And we are looking for 2 UX/UI Designers to help with web & digital design across their entire portfolio: websites, microsites, and digital applications.
Domain Tourism, Luxury Hospitality & Real Estate.
Market The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Team composition UX/UI Designers (we are hiring both of them), Project Manager, Content and Development team, Design Director.
Engagement Duration 6-12 months with a high probability of prolongation.
Expected working hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Kyiv time with a 1-hour break.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI for websites, microsites, and digital applications across the brand’s portfolio (corporate site, destination brands, guest-facing products)

• Translate brand guidelines and business goals into cohesive, visually distinctive digital experiences

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Maintain and evolve a design system used across multiple brands and platforms

• Conduct or facilitate user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis

• Define information architecture and navigation patterns for complex multi-brand ecosystems

• Contribute to UX strategy and help shape product direction alongside PMs and stakeholders

• Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity through implementation

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

• Communicate design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders

• Identify UX improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and business needs

• Support A/B testing initiatives and iterative design improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience

• Portfolio demonstrating work on large-scale digital products - luxury, hospitality, real estate, or destination brands is a strong plus

• Experience designing across web, mobile web, and native app platforms

• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens)

• Strong command of responsive and adaptive design principles

• Ability to work within and contribute to multi-brand design systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

• At least Upper Intermediate level of English

• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Product Designer position

The project involves building a full ecosystem of digital platforms including a public website, web management platform, mobile application, CRM, registration and invitation system, badging, payments, and more for a large-scale international tourism summit.
Market: the Middle East.
Team composition: Product Designer, developers, Account Manager/Project Manager.
Engagement Duration 2 months with the possibility of prolongation
Expected Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Kyiv time with a 1-hour break.

Responsibilities

• Design custom UI/UX for the web platform - registration, CRM, invitation management, guest segmentation, reporting dashboard) and mobile application (iOS & Android via cross-platform approach).

• Ensure full alignment with the branding guidelines.

• Support bilingual (Arabic + English) design including RTL layouts.

• Prepare design assets and specifications for handoff to front-end developers.

• Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the build phase.

Requirements

• 3+ of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile applications.

• Strong proficiency in Figma (primary tool).

• Familiarity with React Native / Flutter design handoff is a plus.

• Experience with CMS-based platforms and design systems is preferred.

• RTL (right-to-left) layout support for Arabic.

• Multilingual interface design experience.

• Responsive and adaptive design experience.

• Design system creation and maintenance experience.

• Experience with event tech or enterprise platforms is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
