We are looking for a Middle RPA Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and design automation solutions using RPA technologies.

This is you

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in software development projects

• University degree with a mathematical background or postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Knowledge of Essential Analysis and/or Object-Oriented Analysis & Design

• Experience with RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere and SAP Build Process Automation

• Experience preparing functional and non-functional requirements documentation

• Ability to model and document business processes for automation initiatives

• Experience working in Scrum environments

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders

• English level - intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills

• Scrum Master certification

• Experience with BPMN process modeling

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar requirements management tools

• Experience working with companies in the energy, finance, or industrial sectors

• Understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle and best practices

This is your role

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements

• Prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications

• Design and document logical flows for business process automation

• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and related project documentation

• Participate in validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end users

• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and project-related information

• Work closely with developers to ensure business requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications

• Support automation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
