Own end-to-end talent acquisition for various teams — from our R&D products to Admin — driving hiring strategy from kick-off through to final decisions in partnership with hiring managers.

Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes, enhance decision-making, and improve the quality of hire.
Lead strategic talent initiatives beyond core recruiting, including process innovation and new sourcing methodologies.
Coach hiring managers to strengthen their interviewing, evaluation, and candidate engagement capabilities.
Represent and promote Headway Inc externally through job fairs, industry events, and talent attraction activities.
3+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition full-cycle recruitment experience, owning the entire hiring process from intake to offer acceptance.
Versatile hiring expertise Consistent success in attracting and closing high-caliber technical and non-technical talent at all organizational levels.
Metrics-driven approach Advanced proficiency in recruitment analytics, data interpretation, and leveraging insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
