Own end-to-end talent acquisition for various teams — from our R&D products to Admin — driving hiring strategy from kick-off through to final decisions in partnership with hiring managers.

Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes, enhance decision-making, and improve the quality of hire.
Lead strategic talent initiatives beyond core recruiting, including process innovation and new sourcing methodologies.

3+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition full-cycle recruitment experience, owning the entire hiring process from intake to offer acceptance.
