We are looking for a Middle Strong Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of programming background to join an AI startup that maps the brain. Its technology is behind some of the most important neuroscience discoveries of recent years. You'll work directly with the founder and help build the web tools scientists use to explore how the brain is wired.
Customer: Global startup based in the USA, founded by researchers from a Princeton University neuroscience lab.

Product: The company uses AI to reconstruct neural wiring diagrams (connectomes) from electron microscopy images of brain tissue: it traces every neuron and every synapse. It processes the data automatically, from image alignment to cell and synapse segmentation, and gives research labs collaborative platforms to explore and analyze the 3D reconstructions. The long-term goal is to make brain mapping possible at "zettabyte" scale, up to a full human brain.
