Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum framework for middle school students.
• Teach core English language skills including reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, speaking, and listening.
• Encourage analytical thinking, literary appreciation, and effective communication through interactive teaching methodologies.
• Design lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and classroom activities that support differentiated learning needs.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance through regular assessments, projects, presentations, and classroom participation.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress and developmental areas.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and collaboration.
• Integrate modern teaching aids, educational technology, and digital learning resources into classroom instruction.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, Cambridge-based evaluations, and school-level academic activities.
• Support students in developing confidence in written and verbal English communication.
• Participate in curriculum planning, teacher meetings, workshops, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and academic coordinators to ensure consistent educational standards and student success.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance reports, and progress documentation as required by the institution.
