Carroll School seeks a full-time Bounders Educator to deliver high-quality outdoor, experiential education for students in grades 6–8. Rooted in the Outward Bound model, the Bounders program is central to the Carroll experience, helping students build resilience, teamwork, and confidence through adventure-based learning. This role operates within a co-teaching model, with shared responsibility for planning and instruction alongside a partner educator.
