Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team.

Must have

  • 3+ years of commercial experience ;
  • Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality;
  • Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management;
  • Experience configuring automation using Flows;
  • User and Permission management experience;
  • Knowledge of data management tools.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)

Will be a plus

  • Experience of managing Customer supports communication and requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users: troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors.
  • Support clients directly when they encounter problems with Salesforce usage — receive, investigate, and process client support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes.
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments.

Work schedule

Full-time working day, the full remote is available
