Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
• Minimum Inventory Levels (MIL) of small packed products at Hyderabad Depot are to be continuously monitored and maintained.
• Coordination with Business Managers, District In-Charges, and sales staff is to be ensured to meet lubricant requirements.
• Facility management its upkeep and maintenance/upgradation through Revenue/Capital nature projects to ensure safe and efficient handling of products (receipts, storage & dispatches).
• Coordination with lubricant manufacturing plants to fulfil finished product requirements in alignment with customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs, HSE standards, Quality Management Systems, management guidelines, and legal regulations is to be ensured.
• Coordination with internal and external security and administrative agencies is to be carried out for resol ving safety and security matters.
• Coordination with cartage contractors is to be maintained for arranging vehicles for product transportation.
• Coordination with SAP business key users is to be conducted for resolving system-related issues during operations.
• Repair and maintenance activities for depot facilities, equipment, and utilities are to be supervised. Preventive maintenance
• schedules are to be implemented, and repair activities are to be monitored to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted operations.
• Vendor coordination for maintenance services and inventory of repair materials is to be ensured.
• Operational issues are to be resolved in line with SOPs, policies, and procedures as per guidelines.
• Any other task or function assigned by management is to be undertaken with diligence.
Education:
• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master 's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Engineering or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization/ Lubricants Industry with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
• Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP software's.
• Strong follow-up and coordination required.
• Good communication and management skills will be an added advantage to get the job done.
• Capability of handling subordinates, cartage contractors and drivers required.
• Experience in the lubricants industry is also preferred.
