Job Description

We are seeking Middle Java Backend Developers to work on our new banking project.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications for banking systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in compliance with banking standards
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues
• Work with databases to design, optimize, and manage data (SQL/NoSQL)
• Contribute to system integration with internal and external banking systems (e.g., payment systems, core banking)
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Document technical design, processes, and solutions

Job Requirements
• 2-3 YOE with Java backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring
Security)
• Experience in building microservices architecture
• Proficient in REST API development and integration
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Working knowledge of ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA)
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written, equivalent IELTS 5.5,
CEFR B1 or TOEIC 700+), Korean is plus
• Familiarity with SQL (Management Information System and Regulatory Reporting solutions) and Oracle is preferred
